Sound is average for televisions which is not great. Use one of the audio outputs for much better sound. The headset socket will accept a compute speaker for an easy improvement. -I went to Walmart this past week looking for a tv for my room. My mind was set to buy a Vizio, but as I was picking up the Vizio I notice this Sanyo next to it. The picture was bright, colorful and it is thin. I was happy I didn't buy from online, because I never would of saw the differences. My only complaint is there's only 1 hdmi port. Nevertheless, a very good tv. -I have it connected to FIOS and the picture is crystal clear. Sound is crisp. I have this TV standing on my desk next to my PC. I bought it Decembr 2010, and it has been problem-free. I'd recommend . Great price too.
