Reviews: -Ok, I bought this LED-LCD before there were any reviews, so I know it was risky. I actually saw it first at Bestbuy.com and decided it cost too much over there. Then I randomly check Walmart.com a week ago and the price was right in my range with all the features needed. I mean for $280 dollars with FULL 1080p, AND LED, why not!?!? So...knowing that Westinghouse was hit or miss on other models, i dove in anyway. While waiting for my shipment to arrive, I began to notice several reviews coming in on the model and ALL were MAJOR negative...GULP. Had I made a big mistake?...well all I can say is boy did I hit jackpot with this deal! It took a few minutes to attach the base which is not a big issue. Not the sturdiest setup, but it will do. Next I hooked up all my gear...XBOX 360, Wii, DVD Player, etc. Then I power it up. Boot up did not take too long. The picture from the XBOX looked amazing! No adjustments needed. Sharp and crystal clear. Wii looked great as well as the DVD player. Stunning picture and NO dead pixels. One day with the set and it did not die either. So I give it 5 stars. I had no problems at all, and the setup was pretty straight forward. So I say if your are a frugal chump like me and don't want to spend a fortune, don't let all the bad reviews sway you away from this model. It is a must buy for $280 IMO. -Honestly I don't know why everyone writes that the volume is horrible. The volume is real loud! When we first turned it on it wasn't even half way it was like 2" on because it's not by numbers it's a scale on the bottom of the screen and it was super loud. The color like any other t.v you have to regulate it to get the color, once you get the regulation right the color is awesome and if you have HD channels OMG it's GREAT!! LOVE this t.v and the price that we paid for it was great also.
